The journey of Cosi Bar Ristorante began with two friends, Omar and Giacomo, who met in Australia a decade ago. With a shared passion for food and wine, they opened Cucinetta in 2017 and quickly turned it into one of Melbourne's most popular restaurants.

Their success was built on three fundamental principles: great food, exceptional service, and warm hospitality. They understood that dining is more than just a meal; it's an experience that brings people together.

In 2019, Omar and Giacomo teamed up with Chef Donatello to revitalise the iconic Cosi Bar Ristorante in South Yarra. Their dedication and expertise transformed the restaurant into a vibrant hub of Italian culture.
